Orders are shipped in the order they were received. Orders that contain live plants will be shipped out on Monday’s only.
All packages are shipped with tracking. To track your order, you need the tracking number. You can find the tracking number in the email you received when the item was shipped. If you did not receive this email, then please contact us to obtain your tracking number.
Many of the plants and seeds we ship are tropical and CANNOT withstand freezing temperatures. If you are expecting to receive your order during a time of year when there are freezing temperatures in your area then please ensure that you bring the package indoors as soon as possible upon delivery. This is to prevent your plant from freezing and dying.
We assume full responsibility for the items you ordered until they are delivered to you. If any item arrives damaged then please email us at ourtropicalsoil@gmail.com with photos of the damage to receive a replacement or a refund.
Shipping can cause plants stress. We package them carefully so they can arrive well. However, some stress is normal after plants have gone through the shipping process. Once you receive your plants, and follow the provided instructions, they should recover and grow well. If your plant arrives too distressed, and is not able to recover, we will either refund the purchase price or replace your plant if available. We only ship within the United States.
We ship items to the address you provide. If you provide the incorrect address and your item is delivered to the incorrect address then you will need to place another order to receive the items. Please ensure you provide the correct address before placing an order.
Cancelations and changes are accepted with no fee only BEFORE the item has been shipped. Once the item has been shipped cancelations/changes are not accepted.
Due to the nature of our perishable products we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order please contact us.
If you receive a damaged product we will either refund the purchase price or replace your plant if it is still available.
